The confidence inversion table is good value and does what it claims.
Its a little uncomfortable around the ankles but generally this is a great bit of equipment.

Product definitely recommended-the price was attractive,The assembly seems to be not too complicated-my teenage sons took care of it and it is really fun to work out like this.

I am always looking for new ways to relax and unwind after a long day and yes this product achieves those goals - A few minutes on unit at the end of each day seems to do the trick - I actually wear my company boots when using this product as it seems more comfortable for me -
