Good for free weights exercises and/or beginner we

I used the mats for my professional Homegym. they protect quite well the floor, however they get easy crunched and marked by medium weights (e.g. 10kg dumbbells). I do not recommend them for semi-professional bodybuilding training at home. the mats could be good enough for free weights exercises and/or beginner weight training equipments. the main advantage is their price comparing to Horse mats that are 10 times more expensive on average.

My son recently moved out, and we have turned his bedroom into a home gym, with some fairly heavy equipment ie cross trainer & multi gym. As the flooring is laminate, we decided to cover it with the EVA floor guards after much research. The ideal flooring would probably one heavy rubber mat covering the whole floor, but it would also be ridiculously expensive, and we have found the EVA guards to be a great alternative. They are easy to fit, easy to cut to size and take quite a lot of impact. I'm sure that if I moved the equipment, there would be indentations underneath, but since I have no intention of moving it, it's not an issue.
Overall, a really good alternative, and great service from Sports HQ.

These mats are good for putting under equipment. i have them under the treadmill and they dampen the sound and protect the floor

High quality and low price great product

The EVA mats are superb for providing comfort, warmth, cushioning, and provide added safety to floor areas. The quality of this product is very high and yet the price is low when compared to other suppliers. Its a great product, fit for purpose, and comes at a good price.
