The Confidence Elliptical Cross Trainer was purchased in an attempt to lose weight. My doctor had recommended a half hour brisk walk daily. The current weather conditions have made that almost impossible, snow rain and high winds. Using the Confidence Elliptical Cross Trainer means that I can do the exercise without the inconvenience of the weather and as many times as I like during the day, very convenient.
It was easy to assemble and although the instructions say leave at least a metre around the equipment I am managing comfortably in a lot less than that.
I haven't lost a lot of weight but am looking trimmer. This will improve further the longer I use the equipment.

So far I am very pleased with this cross trainer. It was easy to assemble and although I have only had it for four days I am really enjoying using it.
