Heavy but easy to put up and very sturdy

I was really pleased with this item when it arrived (especially as it was delivered so quickly). My husband and I were able to put it up between us in about 15 minutes and now we know what we are doing next time we could do it in half this time.
We have a BBQ planned in a couple of weeks which is when it will get its first proper use (hopefully just to offer shade from the sun rather than protecting people against the rain!!).
The only downside is the weight of the item as it is very heavy when in its carry case but I guess this is beacause it is so sturdy when erected.
We are really pleased with this product and feel it is great value for money.

21st party gazebo

This is a large and reasonably strong gazebo, easy to erect but you do need four people to push the legs in simultaneously in order to raise the roof. There was a fault with one of the legs when it arrived, but I contacted customer services yesterday and was informed by return that a replacement leg would be despatched.asap. This weekend (11 days after purchase) was the first opportunity to erect the gazebo because we needed reasonable weather and four people; it was only after discovering the fault and reading about returns that I found faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt; this is not long enough for iitems such as this.

Value, but not waterproof

First let me say what a stunning service. Paid for the item at 4pm on free delivery (don't need it till the Spring) it was on the doorstep 10.00am next day!!!. The product is easy to put up to the first level with just 1 person just by walking round 1 foot of movement at a time. You need 2/3 people to lift it to full height really so as not to strain the frame, however my wife and I did it with care. Total time from box to fully up on my patio 10min. It’s a little low inside if over 6ft but otherwise it’s all functional. My unit is not waterproof as water drips through the seams. I noticed people have complained about not being able to get it back in the carry bag etc. Just put a strap or strong string round the folded unit and pull tight it will fit fine otherwise it is always not as tight as when packed. If it was waterproof or even shower proof it would have Max score.

top quality and attractive gazebo do what we needed and attracted many admiring glances.
a number of guests asked for the address.

this product was ordered in a bit of a panic, we were having a wedding garden party on the saturday, and looking at the weather forefcast two days before decided we need a gazebo in the garden. I ordered it on Thursday and paid for next am delivery. Sure it enough it arrived. The product was so simple to erect, up in minutes. The quality was excellent, everyone at the party now wants to borrow it!!!!

Best Gazebo ever

I purchased this Gazebo for a garden party last weekend.It assembled very quickly with everything fitting perfectly.It has a lovely shape to it and looks very classy.Evertbody remarked on the Gazebo,they thought it had been erected by a hire company.From ordering to delivery was very quick.It was also very easy to put down and pack away for the next time.

We've only used this once so it's not been properly tested (ie there's been no wind and rain) but so far so good. Easy to put up, feels pretty robust and it looks good. One of the guests at the party I used it at has already bought one for themselves so that must mean something!
It's not the highest quality gazebo you can get on the web but I would be struggling to find anything better for the price.
Service from Sportshq was excellent too.

Item delivered in good time. Quite heavy to handle. Certainly needs AT LEAST 2 people to erect, but I'm sure we will refine the techinque!
Good solid construction and pretty well made.
My only gripe is that the flimsy Zip on the carry case failed immediately when we tried to re-bag it. Not critical as it can be tied with cord for storing.

We used the gazebo as a catering tent for our daughters wedding, it was very easy to erect, needing only 4 people to do this. Once up it was sturdy although runners/tensioners for the strings and bigger pegs would've made it more secure if it was windy or wet ground and could've done with a slightly larger bag as difficult to pack away. All round for the price we paid and the very quick delivery (next day) i would thoroughly recommend this.

Well impressed with my gazebo. Easy to put up - it did what it said on the tin - took 5 minutes! Love it! Although it doesn't go back in the bag as easily but then they never do do they! Bought in white so it was lovely and bright. Excellent value for money.

We chose this gazebo due to the excellent price. We bought it with a view to leaving it up all summer to go over our obove ground poo. Because of this we have had to put extra guy ropes to hold it down. However if you need it for temp use then it is ideal. On a hot day we pull back one side of the roof to create a sun trap, then put it back at the end of the day. This is really easy to do.
However, only one draw back we have found with it is across the middle the support mechanism is very low. My husband is 5ft 8 and he bearly misses it with his head.
But all in all we are very happy with our purchase, thanks.

BUT Takes more than 2 people to put it up. When packed up the kit is very heavy and the bag too flimsy - the zip broke on one I ordered. Impossible to get all the components back in the bag too.

Very pleased with all aspects of this gazebo. Stood up to a heavy period of rain during a family BBQ. Very stable and a great, manageable size. Looks like a very good, long term investment.
